Germany, I'm Back!

It's been so long since an update. Cuz i've been travelling for my company recently and this post is actually written in Jakarta, Indonesia (and i have pictures to share from Jakarta).

I was sent for training in Schopfloch, Germany during 9th - 13th of November period. Weather was cold, as it is beginning to enter the winter season. I took Thai Airways and transit at Bangkok, Thailand, which is also the first attempt of stepping my feet on Thailand, LOL.

Below are some pictures i have taken during the trip. Not so much scenery pics, cuz i was only there for the weekdays and it was quite dark after the training. And no pictures on the hotel, cuz it was not very impressive like the one i use to stay at Wuppertal. And the price for this hotel is more expensive compared to the Wuppertal hotel.

Snowing on the first day of my training. Not suppose to snow this early of the season. I was lucky :) First time seeing snow

Supra in Action!

We have a Supra down! We have a Supra down! Mayday, mayday! The Star:

"PETALING JAYA: A Form Five student cheated death when his sports car crashed into a wall below a flyover here.

Mohd Aliff, 17, escaped with only a broken leg after he lost control of his car on his way home from the school library yesterday.

He was rushed to the Damansara Specialist Hospital.

To safety: Friends and passers-by taking Mohd Aliff to the hospital after the accident in Petaling Jaya Wednesday. — KAMARUL ARIFFIN/ The Star

In the 3.30pm incident below the flyover opposite Phileo Damansara, Mohd Aliff’s car collided with a car he was trying to overtake before he skidded and crashed into the wall.

“Everything happened very quickly,” said Mohd Aliff’s friend, who wanted to be known only as Arif.

He was following in another car.

Curious onlookers caused a massive jam that brought traffic heading towards Damansara to a standstill.

Meanwhile, the driver of the car Mohd Aliff was trying to overtake said he heard a loud crash.

Azizan Ismail, 48, said he and his family were heading back home to Manjung in Perak after visiting a relative here.

None of them were injured."

Student Get Conned into Sex with Bogus Religious Officers

What kind of world are we living in?!

The first is, how stupid can someone be wanting to exchange sex for freedom, so that she could get away from the proximity charge and RM6000 of fine? And making the deal with a RELIGIOUS officer? It's like saying, "Don't catch me for stealing, Mr. Policeman. I can agree to rob the bank together with you tomorrow".

Second is, why there is so many fake officers out there in Malaysia? Who can we trust nowadays?

To all my friends out there, really really becareful out there, and always think about wat is the worst that can happen to you if you are alone, and be prepared for an escape plan, if you still wanna do it.

Baby born on plane named after AirAsia

Wow! The myth is really true.. at least in this case. Babies born on flight will get free for life air tickets.. so cool.. Btw, isn't this going to encourage more pregnant mother to board the plane despite knowing that she might deliver anytime? She will sure think it would be better if she delivers on board, can get the free tickets! LOL!

For more info, click here at The Star (so rajin i read newspaper this time around):

"SEPANG: The baby boy, who created national headlines when he was born on an AirAsia plane, has been named Asia Liew Ya Hang.

His mother Liew Siaw Hsia said the Chinese name ‘Ya Hang’ means ‘AirAsia’ in Mandarin.

“It’s the best name I can give my son who was the first baby born on the airline’s plane,” she said in a statement yesterday.

The mother and baby are currently at the Putrajaya Hospital.

Asia Liew Ya Hang was safely delivered on board Flight AK 6506 on Oct 21 when the aircraft was about 800m in the air.

The flight from Penang to Kuching was diverted to the low-cost carrier terminal here when Liew went into premature labour.

The airline has presented Liew and the baby free flight tickets for life to celebrate the birth."

The Ultimate Civic Type-R

Just something i would love to share from The Star:

"Well, not the sedan version, but the UK-built three-door hatch, and in this case the top dog Type R being touted will get the Mugen treatment.

Mugen Euro has announced a very exclusive production run of 20 units of the Civic Type R Mugen, following huge interest in the concept version from the UK and overseas.

Production of the hand-built, road-legal super hatch will take place at Mugen Euro, based in Northampton, England, with customers receiving a unique, involved experience during the build process of each car.

The Mugen mods begin outside, with a large wing adorning the back of the car; this increases downforce at speed to improve stability. Other measures to improve the car’s overall aero efficiency include replacing front and rear skirts with high-quality composite items. At the front, a new grille wearing the Mugen emblem enhances the nose.

Every Civic Type R Mugen will be painted in Honda’s famous Championship White, and to authenticate the car’s exclusivity each will wear a special badge inside on the centre console, listing the serial number of each unique model.

There's an optional Track Pack package for the absolute hardcore, which includes front Recaro seats, removal of the rear seat bench with a composite blanking panel fitted to reduce weight, water and oil temperature/pressure gauges, data recording equipment, and track-ready road-legal tyres.

The 2.0-litre i-VTEC pot on this one gets new camshafts and a modified intake system, which increase power by 20% to 240PS and boost torque by 10% throughout the rev range. A change of pistons also helps by increasing the compression ratio, and breathing is enhanced by fitting a custom stainless steel exhaust system and Mugen airbox.

Meanwhile, a bespoke Mugen map for the ECU allows the engine to take full advantage of the modifications. Oh, and there's a new exhaust system was fitted too, with the claim of improved resonance.

The extra power is transferred to road or track via a limited slip differential, and grip and handling are also significantly improved through a completely revised suspension set-up, with custom-made springs and dampers employed.

Improving the stopping power are bespoke four-piston mono-block racing brake calipers, which sit under high-density, lightweight forged alloy wheels. These weigh just 7.85kg each (32% less than the production wheel), contributing to a significant reduction in unsprung weight.

The 20 customers will get an unparalleled purchasing experience, which involves direct contact with Mugen engineers throughout the car’s build. This will be a package tailored to individual customers – similar to the service offered when buying a racing car. Each of the Type Rs will be built to the customer’s exact specification, including their choice of options, and even ECU mapping can be adjusted to suit specific customer tastes or driving style."

Dining in at Koryo Won, Suria KLCC

WOW! Wonderful environment and food here.. Don't know when i can go and eat again.. But it's a bit pricey. I was thinking about eating either in Chili's or here, but chose to try something new. Definitely a right decision, because with the same amount of money spent at Chili's, you won't get the eating and getting full satisfaction.

Forgot take the restaurant's picture, so i borrow la

MotoGP Roadshow at Suria KLCC

Saw this roadshow on the way to KLCC. So i took a few pictures. Of course i dunno much about motorbikes, but i know Valentino Rossi is one h*ll of a rider. Enjoy...
